-Rolling your hair in rods at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you have to use on your hair daily , you can use heat on this texture but it should be limited .

Washing steps
- Use ION repair solutions-reconstructor (this will take all the extra products such as oils, curly curl cream, frizz control spray completely out of the hair-CAUTION: the hair may feel dry after using the product- THIS IS NORMAL)
- Wash with ION-Keratin shampoo and conditioner (this bottle is brown)

How do I care for my Indian hair Extensions?
Taking care of your Indian hair extensions is very important to increase the lifespan and to keep the natural body & shine of your hair extensions. Here are just a few tips that will help to keep your extensions in great condition.
Washing:
Keep your hair clean.
Wash your hair after exercise, etc.
Brush your hair with a wide-toothed comb and remove all tangles before washing it.
Wash your hair gently in a downward motion with your palms,do not scrub or bunch the hair together.
Wash hair with lukewarm water with a good quality sulphate free shampoo, your stylist can advise you which product is best for your hair.
Styling:
When brushing use a soft bristle wide-toothed brush, start at the ends of your hair and gently work your way up.
Always brush in a downward motion and do not brush harshly.
Brush your hair 2 or 3 times a day.
It is best to let your hair air dry naturally.
Never let the hair dry before combing.
Exercise:
Wear a cap when swimming or keep your hair out of the water. Chlorine and saltwater can and will cause the hair to tangle and matt up.
It is recommended to wear your hair in a braid when you swim or exercise.
Wet your hair with fresh water and apply leave-in conditioner. Then, braid your hair before being around recreational water areas.
Do not tie off hair with rubber bands. Use hair bands that will not pinch hair too tightly.
Finally, always wash hair gently using special sulphate free shampoos and conditioners designed for optimal hydration, smoothing, silkening and repair.
Sleeping:
Never sleep on wet hair. Make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to bed.
It is also recommended to wrap your hair together in a loose braid, or gently tie it in ponytails to prevent tangling.
Hair Care Products:
Use a good (leave-in) conditioner to keep your hair soft. Don’t over do it. Too much conditioner or any other hair care product can cause a build up and tangling.
Avoid hair products that contain alcohol. Alcohol makes hair dry. Ask your stylist what would be the best products for your hair.
Deep conditioning hair every week or two will preserve the hair longer. Hot oil treatments with Almond or Coconut oils are great to maintain healthy shiny looking hair.
